Royal Icing – Cookies
Had a lovely bunch of ladies at the posh icing workshop last Friday, after a very relaxing start with homemade cake and coffee we rolled our sleeves up and got stuck into making up the icing to the different consistencies (this is the hard part), then onto colouring and finally filling up the piping bags and squeezy bottles to start decorating. After a few false starts and lots of comments of ‘well, if it goes wrong just eat it’ the ladies created the most beautifully decorated biscuits.
