Saturday Morning Cooking Club – Canapes

It’s party season so I thought I’d get my Saturday Morning Cooking Club making canapes, well it’s a good way of making money from your parents isn’t it……..handing canapes round at dinner parties to get to stay up late and if you help make them surely that’s worth a fiver too?

We made chocolate fridge crunchy and turned them in gorgeous little chocolate glittery gold balls, peanut butter balls with dark chocolate drizzled over and a little gold foodsafe glitter, cinnamon actually and then parmesan palmiers which looked fabulous and tasted even better.

One of the children commented that she couldn’t believe how much they’d made and I knew they were enjoying themselves as there was total silence for about half an hour.
