CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Course - this course is aimed specifically at children/teenagers aged 12-18 in secondary education. The course runs over two Saturday afternoons, at the end of the second afternoon the participants will sit the one hour multiple choice exam. Participants MUST attend both afternoons in order to sit the exam. This is a formal qualification and necessary for anyone wishing to work in a catering environment for part or full time work or for Splat to help with cooking parties, workshops and in the cookery school.

This course is an element of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Cookery Skills course as it more than covers the required Food Hygiene module

We have no dates scheduled in at present but please register your interest as we will need 6 people to justify running the course.
